The Opportunity

Fox Factory is one of the most credible performance brands in the world, trusted by professional athletes and passionate enthusiasts across mountain biking, powersports, and off-road vehicles. With a growing portfolio including FOX, Marucci, and Method Race Wheels, the challenge wasn't building awareness. It was building coherence. Multiple brands, multiple audiences, one company that needed to show up with intention across all of them.

THE IDEA

Great performance brands don't just sell product. They earn belonging. The opportunity was to sharpen how Fox Factory's portfolio communicated across digital channels, making each brand speak with its own distinct voice while reinforcing a parent company trusted at the highest levels of competition. The work lived at the intersection of brand storytelling, content production, and digital experience.

THE Execution

Over nearly two years, I led brand and marketing across Fox Factory's portfolio, growing from Marketing Manager into Senior Manager of Brand and Marketing. I directed video content production across the brand family and led the redesign and build of a new FOX digital experience, a $1M investment that reimagined how the brand's flagship presence connected with riders and enthusiasts. Alongside that, I oversaw digital storytelling, email marketing, and cross-channel content strategy, ensuring every touchpoint reflected the standard FOX is known for at the highest levels of competition.
